What you will do

• Perform electrical reactive and preventative maintenance on automated production lines.
• Execute machine troubleshooting across the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.
• Manage asset care records and transactions within the ERP/CMMS systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs and external contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with Australian Electrical standards and SHEQ requirements.
• Support the site in achieving a cohesive culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Trade qualified Electrician with an A Grade License in Victoria.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in an automated food processing environment.
• Experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, air compressors, and trade waste systems.
• Must have Australian working rights and be residing in Australia.
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain flexibility for emergencies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP shop floor control and ISO Quality Systems.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP environments.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs (e.g., FMECA).
• Data analysis and IT skills.
