What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end production and repair operations for hearing devices.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leaders to build a high-performing workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement in production flow, quality, and efficiency using lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Partner with offshore facilities to optimize outsourcing and capacity planning.
• Manage departmental budgets, cost control initiatives, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• Proven experience managing high-volume production, ideally within a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Proficiency in SQL data management and advanced Excel analysis.
• Hands-on leadership experience with a track record of improving quality and efficiency.
• Relevant qualification in Production, Engineering, or a related discipline.
