What you will do

  • Partner with regional sales teams to convert prospects into customers through technical expertise.
  • Deliver bespoke product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value proposition.
  • Manage proof of concept projects and respond to complex RFP requirements.
  • Perform in-depth workflow analysis and examine interactions between the product and customer infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and feedback.
  • Train internal sales teams on product suites, technical features, and new releases.

Requirements

  • Native level written and oral communication skills in English are required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in SaaS or ITIL/ITSM environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior customer stakeholders including CxOs.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and ITSM methodologies.
  • Highly driven, execution-focused personality with excellent presentation and discovery skills.
