What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements and solution design for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to demonstrate the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using APIs, mobile marketing automation, and analytics.
• Provide expert guidance on architecture design and marketing technology stacks.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Travel to client locations as needed (up to 40% at peak times).

Requirements

• Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team is required.
• Domain knowledge in at least three of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
• Strong team player mindset with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
