What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process from signup to full product adoption.
• Act as the bridge between Customer Success Operations, Sales, Data Management, and Engineering to align priorities.
• Manage dependencies across engineering domains including integrations, resilience, and supply chain data.
• Prioritize internal process improvements to remove friction from the onboarding experience.
• Operate within the Shape Up framework to shape and scope work in 6-week cycles.
• Collaborate with design and stakeholders to refine onboarding workflows as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on internal tooling or operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Proven ownership mentality, driving end-to-end outcomes without direct authority.
• Solid understanding of dependency management within complex, multi-team processes.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Vienna.
• Proficiency and enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini, OpenAI) to support workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shape Up or similar iterative/cycle-based product methodologies.
• Familiarity with onboarding, activation, or customer success workflows.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, supply chain risk, or data management environments.
• Experience working with integrations or resilience-related engineering teams.
