Staff Product Manager (AI and Data Enrichment)

What you will do

• Own the data platform end to end, including collection, ingestion, enrichment, warehousing, APIs, and MCP access.
• Define the data contract, enrichment roadmap, and quality systems supporting hirify.global Agents, Dashboards, and customer AI applications.
• Translate an under-defined product vision into system designs, component interactions, and discrete engineering projects.
• Set priorities and success metrics using product data and insight into social listening and community analytics.
• Work directly with engineers from concept through launch and maintain a high quality bar on an aggressive timeline.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to communicate releases and drive adoption.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of a platform or data product used by other teams.
• Experience shaping pipelines, data models, architecture, storage, and cost trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Hands-on platform work with AI and LLMs, including productionising enrichment and evaluating output quality.
• Strong product and customer data judgment, roadmap ownership, and ability to lead without formal authority.
• Clear written and verbal English is required.
• Ability to work fully remotely in a European time zone.

Nice to have

• Knowledge graph, entity model, schema design, or taxonomy experience.
• AI/ML pipelines, classical NLP, or modern LLM-based approaches.
• Data engineering experience with partitioning, warehouse design, or high-volume event data.
• Software engineering experience, social media analytics, audience insights, SaaS data products, or founder/operator experience.
