What you will do

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with healthcare providers.
• Assist providers with registration, login, and platform navigation.
• Address inquiries regarding assessment requirements and scoring results.
• Maintain high standards of communication and professional support.

Requirements

• Active PRC License required
• Minimum 2 years of bedside or clinical experience
• Preferably 6 months of BPO healthcare account experience
• Excellent communication skills
