What you will do
- Support annual medical examinations, basic laboratory tests, and the collection and preparation of laboratory specimens.
- Assist employees before medical examinations and triage medical emergencies.
- Provide first aid, basic life support, bandaging, and treatment for minor ailments.
- Process biological examination results, ECGs, vision tests, hearing tests, and lung function tests.
- Administer confidential HR-related medical data and digitalize medical records in line with applicable regulations.
- Input and maintain data in SAP Human Resources, Cority/Cohort, MAS, Lotus Notes, MS Office databases, electronic archives, and shared drives.
Requirements
- Registered nurse in the Netherlands with BIG-register registration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline.
- At least four years of experience in a general practitioner practice as a medical assistant.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Ability to use SAP, Cority/Cohort, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and other databases.
- Flexibility, strong organization, efficient execution, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of another European language.
