TL;DR
Registered Pharmacist (UK Support) (Digital Healthcare): Providing email-based clinical support for patients across treatment programs with an accent on triage, side-effect assessment, patient safety, and treatment adherence. Focus on evaluating medical enquiries, escalating concerns appropriately, monitoring patient progress, and sharing patient insights with the clinical services team.

Location: Manila, Philippines; regular reporting to the Makati office. Late mid-shift schedules are 2 PM–1 AM or 6 PM–3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.

What you will do

  • Provide medical support to patients primarily through email.
  • Triage and assess medical side effects and patient enquiries, providing appropriate information and escalating concerns when needed.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, patient-friendly responses while following safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor patient progress through tracking data and contact patients to support treatment adherence.
  • Share patient feedback and service insights with the clinical services team and wider business.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with at least 2 years of post-registration healthcare experience.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with patients by email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing workloads and schedules.
  • Task-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and precise adherence to processes.
  • Willingness to work late mid-shifts in Manila time and without a fixed weekend off.

Nice to have

  • Experience with triage in a clinic or emergency setting.
  • Previous telehealth experience.
  • Interest in weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
