Location: Manila, Philippines. Late mid-shift schedules are 2 PM–1 AM or 6 PM–3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off. Transportation allowance is provided when reporting to the Makati office.

What you will do
- Provide medical support to patients with a range of conditions, primarily through email.
- Triage and assess medical side effects and patient enquiries, providing appropriate support and escalating concerns when required.
- Deliver timely, accurate, patient-friendly medical information while following safety and quality standards.
- Monitor patient progress through tracking data and initiate communication to support treatment adherence.
- Share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team and wider business.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of post-registration healthcare experience.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely by email.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing workloads.
- Strong attention to detail and a task-oriented approach to following clinical processes accurately.
- Willingness to work late mid-shifts between 2 PM–1 AM or 6 PM–3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
Nice to have
- Clinical triage experience in a clinic or emergency setting.
- Previous telehealth experience.
- Interest in weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
