What you will do

• Conceptualize and deliver multimodal and regional planning projects, including TDM and sustainable mobility initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, quality expectations, and task allocation for team members.
• Support business development through client engagement and proposal writing for public sector RFPs.
• Serve as an in-house subject matter expert in behavior change analysis and market segmentation.
• Mentor early-career professionals and contribute to the firm's technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the transportation or planning sector.
• Existing right to work in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience with behavior change analysis tools, market segmentation, and stated preference surveys.
• Technical proficiency in analytical tools such as GIS, EMME, TransCAD, R, or Python.
• Experience developing successful proposals for public sector requests (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into compelling visual and written reports.
