What you will do
- Own the event technology strategy, standards, and governance model for global events.
- Manage registration strategies, data flows, and integration with Salesforce and Tableau.
- Configure and launch event mobile apps, surveys, and onsite technology readiness.
- Build scalable self-service templates, runbooks, and QA checklists for distributed teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and privacy requirements.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event technology, registration, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, data mapping, and downstream reporting.
- Hands-on experience with event platforms like Swoogo, Cvent, RainFocus, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events (2,000+ attendees) and onsite hardware.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).
