What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of AI-powered features from concept to production.
• Ship and operate production-grade agentic systems for video platform challenges.
• Architect APIs and shared libraries to ensure AI capabilities are reusable across teams.
• Define and track critical metrics including task success, latency, and cost.
• Own end-to-end quality through offline evaluation, online experiments, and monitoring.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a strong specialization in AI/ML production.
• Proficiency in Golang or Python.
• Solid understanding of LLM application engineering including embeddings, RAG, and prompt design.
• Experience integrating model platforms like Vertex AI with production reliability patterns.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in system design, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Ability to independently drive solutions from ambiguous requirements to production delivery.
