What you will do

• Collaborate with users, designers, and PMs to develop cutting-edge LLM-based agents.
• Build prompts, evaluations, and agent tools for code manipulation and productionize these systems.
• Prototype AI features, iterate based on real-world user feedback, and ship to production.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in LLM prompting, agents, and code editing.
• Integrate AI assistants with IDE extensions and runtime data collection tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional backend experience with Go, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered software to production.
• Experience with Large Language Models, machine learning, or large-scale data sets.
• Background in creating developer tools such as IDEs, compilers, or static analysis tools.
• Ability to validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output within daily workflows.
