What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Define reference architectures and integration patterns for AI-powered experience orchestration.
• Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using hirify.global Cloud AI suites.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI solution quality, including groundedness and relevance.
• Build automated evaluation pipelines for systematic iteration of prompt variants and model versions.
• Mentor customer and partner teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both French and English is required.
• 8–12 years of experience across AI implementation, CX/CCaaS consulting, or technical solution architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, or operating LLM-powered agents in production.
• Strong technical background in APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Applied data analysis skills using Python and SQL for evaluation and integration development.
