What you will do

• Develop, refine, and scale the AI Agent using agentic LLM systems, RAG, and NLP classifiers.
• Own feedback loops, observability, and continuous training for models using Hugging Face and Vertex AI.
• Implement scalable technical solutions using domain-driven design and maintain existing services.
• Manage the machine learning data pipeline using BigQuery and dbt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Analyze post-release performance to identify and implement improvements for future iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
• Proven track record building LLM applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML tools and frameworks.
• Master's degree in a STEM field or a related area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
