What you will do

• Conduct extensive cold calling and face-to-face prospecting to build a client database.
• Perform financial modeling and market analysis to support property valuations and transactions.
• Assist senior brokers with client presentations, proposals, and property tours.
• Maintain daily interactions with prospective and existing industrial tenants.
• Track and collect market-level data and comps for the Inland Empire submarket.
• Participate in firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is required for client-facing business.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong financial analysis and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
