Salary: 27.00 - 33.00 USD hourly

What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent workplace injuries.
• Drive comprehensive safety programs using data-driven strategies and innovative solutions.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Act as a safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing, building partnerships across all organizational levels.
• Transform safety data into narratives to influence positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain emergency care delivery and assist in site emergency responses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS, a Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant field, or 6 months of safety experience within hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 49 lbs, standing/walking for up to 12 hours, and climbing stairs.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a safety-related field.
• Experience leading teams and analyzing accident data.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management.
