What you will do

• Lead 5-6 concurrent SaaS implementations for sophisticated commercial real estate clients.
• Configure product settings and manage data imports to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities within accounts post-implementation.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve technical escalations.
• Continuously improve internal implementation processes to increase speed and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing end-to-end software implementations.
• Must be able to work from the office 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).
• Proven experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex configurations and data imports.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce.
