What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Perform resource planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and fiscal status reporting across active projects.
• Support data engineering and AI/ML adoption by tracking deliverables and aligning business partners, data engineers, and AI stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, modeling, and delivery of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Run requirements gathering sessions, author project charters, and document post-implementation lessons learned.

Requirements

• Location/Work setup: Hybrid in the US; based in Austin, TX.
• 10+ years leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• 10+ years leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing from planning through delivery.
• 10+ years managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.
• 10+ years working knowledge of SQL and database technologies for planning, estimation, and issue resolution.
• Active PMP certification is required.

Nice to have

• 8+ years in healthcare or other highly regulated environments, including compliance, security, and data governance.
• 3+ years supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at program/project level.
• Technical certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, Azure/AWS/GCP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
