• Author high-quality, complex credit proposals while ensuring compliance with conduct risk standards.
• Represent the bank as a digital advocate via professional social media.
• Collaborate across internal teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in banking with a deep understanding of Mid-Corporate and healthcare sector funding.
• Demonstrable track record of acquiring new clients via broker and professional networks.
• Specialist knowledge of healthcare credit and ability to tailor solutions to complex needs.
• Growth mindset and proficiency with digital tools to enhance client experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester for hybrid work.
