What you will do
- Build and develop a high-performing sales organization focused on commercial fleet growth.
- Manage strategy and revenue generation for Smart/Protect Video Safety and RoadNet Anywhere solutions.
- Lead sales teams through a matrix-management approach, providing direction and resources for success.
- Accurately manage and report on pipeline forecasts, conversion metrics, and sales budgets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing to maximize lead generation.
- Assess existing talent and implement development actions to ensure team performance exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry and functional experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and transforming sales organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in the commercial fleet space, transportation, or logistics sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of recruiting, retaining, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
