What you will do
- Provide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat to ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, and Slack.
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation.
- Deliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device management using Jamf and Intune.
- Act as the primary point of contact for conference room AV systems.
- Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira and FreshService.
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with conference room technologies and basic networking troubleshooting.
- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week to foster collaboration and team innovation.
