What you will do

• Manage medical communications projects including scientific content, congress engagements, and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Medical, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop and execute project plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contributing to tactical planning and strategic efforts.
• Oversee program logistics, including site selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Track financial forecasting, budgets, and project objectives to ensure successful delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members while supporting Account Directors on growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of industry experience in client services, advertising/marketing, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, media, and technology within the marketing/advertising space.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• Must be able to travel periodically for meetings and congresses within the US.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
