What you will do

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to healthcare providers.
• Assist providers with registration and system login.
• Guide users through assessment completion and answer scoring questions.
• Maintain professional interactions with facility personnel.

Requirements

• Active PRC and USRN License.
• Minimum 2 years of Bedside Experience.
• At least 2 years of Triage Phone handling experience.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including night/graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ER, OR, Medical Surgical, UR, UM, Triage, ICU, or Hemodialysis.
