What you will do

• Gather and define business requirements for a portfolio of large-scale e-commerce websites.
• Collaborate with technologists to develop use cases and detailed functional specifications.
• Lead junior consultants and client staff through complex CRM consulting engagements.
• Perform end-to-end leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from analysis to QA.
• Interview internal and external subject matter experts to author requirements and surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation.
• Experience in Salesforce integration between different business systems.
• Proven skill in soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
