What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering efforts with business stakeholders, product owners, and users to define priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into structured documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a primary bridge between business users and offshore development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support the full SDLC, from discovery and design through development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create rough mockups and wireframes to define user interface expectations before development begins.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and traceable across Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Location: Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Proven ability to independently gather and document complex functional requirements.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing workflows through Jira.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies when working with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Hybris or SAP-based enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, .NET, and SQL application development.
• Experience in commercial construction, metal buildings, or industrial solutions.
• Knowledge of visualization or 3D tools.
• Experience supporting multi-brand or subsidiary website initiatives.
