• Provide business analysis for enterprise projects across multiple phases and platforms.
• Craft innovative solutions with development teams to address functional gaps.
• Mentor and advise other consultants.
• Offer insights to company leadership.
• Coordinate with client resources and maintain project methodologies.
• Understand data needs and work with project managers for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years business analysis experience with consulting or professional services firm (or large enterprises).
• 3+ years business analysis for technology implementation projects.
• 2+ years independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Demonstrated successful solution crafting.
• Salesforce implementation or administration experience.

Nice to have

• 1+ years business analysis in non-profit or association industry.
• Experience with AMS/CRM like NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics.
• Experience with Fonteva, Nimble AMS or other Salesforce nonprofit solutions.
• Finance, accounting, or related technology implementations.
