Compensation: $60,000 - $140,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide business analysis for enterprise projects across multiple phases and platforms
• Craft innovative solutions with development team to address functional gaps
• Mentor and advise other consultants
• Offer insights to company leadership
• Coordinate with client resources and maintain project methodologies
• Handle data requirements and collaborate with project managers for on-time delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years business analysis experience with consulting or professional services firm (or large enterprises)
• 3+ years business analysis for technology implementation projects
• 2+ years independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis
• Demonstrated successful solution crafting
• Salesforce implementation or administration experience

Nice to have

• 1+ years business analysis in non-profit or association industry
• Experience with AMS/CRM like NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics
• Experience with Fonteva, Nimble AMS or other Salesforce nonprofit solutions
• Finance and accounting or related technology implementations
