What you will do
- Strategically prospect and close high-impact publisher accounts to expand the company's portfolio.
- Utilize CRM data and market intelligence to forecast growth and identify untapped verticals or revenue opportunities.
- Act as a strategic feedback loop, translating market needs into actionable insights for the Product team.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, non-standard deals requiring custom technical configurations.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with industry decision-makers via multiple communication channels.
- Mentor and coach junior sales talent to refine their negotiation skills and execution throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the AdTech industry.
- Consistent track record in Publisher Sales with an extensive contact list of publishers.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Hunter mindset, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Previous background in the media landscape (linear, digital, or social).
- Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within an organization.
- Excellent formal presentation skills.
