Senior Director, Platform Partnerships (AdTech): Driving the strategic direction and growth of demand-side partnerships across North America with an accent on signal intelligence, commercial deal architecture, and product intelligence. Focus on closing signal gaps to improve bid quality, structuring complex commercial deals, and integrating DSP roadmaps into the internal product cycle.
Location: Based in New York. Hybrid (Required office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Lead the North American platform partnerships team, focusing on demand activation rather than simple relationship management.
- Diagnose and close signal gaps that limit DSP bid quality by designing joint tests with Technical Ops.
- Structure and activate complex commercial deals across open auctions, curated deals, programmatic guaranteed, and API-driven buying.
- Develop joint growth agendas and lead QBRs to drive spend growth and deepen platform integration.
- Gather intelligence on DSP roadmaps (including AI and bidding infrastructure) and integrate it into the internal product planning cycle.
- Mentor and develop the partnerships team, fostering technical fluency and commercial thinking through a player/coach model.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital media or ad technology in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Must be based in New York.
- Deep expertise in the programmatic landscape, specifically DSP dynamics and auction mechanics.
- Proven track record of people leadership, coaching, and performance development.
- Hands-on experience with signal diagnostics and bid quality analysis.
- Fluency in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
