Publisher Partnerships Manager (AdTech): Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new publishers to hirify.global’s marketplaces with an accent on expanding supply-side partnerships across Mobile, Web, and CTV. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, negotiating commercial agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical integration.

Location: Hybrid in London (3 days/week in office) or fully remote for candidates based in Spain.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new publisher partners across Mobile App, Web, and CTV.
  • Lead client-facing calls, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop compelling pitch materials and proposals.
  • Partner with Technical Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to establish long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably working with or for publishers.
  • Established network of publisher contacts across the EMEA region.
  • Experience managing technical integrations, ideally with knowledge of SDK implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
