Salary: $65,000–$90,000 base + quarterly performance bonus

What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close new digital publisher partnerships across the US, targeting regional news outlets and content sites.
- Negotiate partnership terms and present monetization models to stakeholders to close deals.
- Conduct discovery calls, real-time meetings, and product presentations with prospective partners.
- Execute high-volume outreach campaigns using HubSpot to build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline stages, and revenue projections in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Publisher Success and Demand Sales teams throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech focusing on publisher growth, acquisition, or partnerships in the US market.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to run high-volume outreach campaigns and manage pipelines using HubSpot.
- Existing network of US digital publishers and experience negotiating complex partnership deals.
- Solid understanding of publisher monetization, engagement, UX, and ad strategy.
Nice to have
- Experience with programmatic advertising and native ad platforms.
- Track record of consistent quota attainment in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools beyond HubSpot.
