TL;DR

Location: 100% remote — must be based in the United States

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 base + quarterly performance bonus

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new digital publisher partnerships across the US, targeting regional news outlets and content sites.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and present monetization models to stakeholders to close deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, real-time meetings, and product presentations with prospective partners.
  • Execute high-volume outreach campaigns using HubSpot to build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline stages, and revenue projections in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Publisher Success and Demand Sales teams throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech focusing on publisher growth, acquisition, or partnerships in the US market.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to run high-volume outreach campaigns and manage pipelines using HubSpot.
  • Existing network of US digital publishers and experience negotiating complex partnership deals.
  • Solid understanding of publisher monetization, engagement, UX, and ad strategy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and native ad platforms.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with outreach sequencing tools beyond HubSpot.
