What you will do

  • Own the design and delivery of next-generation middleware platforms across a hybrid private cloud.
  • Build, deploy, and operate middleware platforms including IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, and WebSphere.
  • Implement automation-first platform engineering using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code to reduce manual intervention.
  • Enable safe, repeatable platform changes at scale through automated workflows.
  • Support production platforms with high availability and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure or Platform Engineer in a hybrid cloud environment.
  • Strong middleware expertise, preferably IBM MQ, and experience with IBM DataPower and/or WebSphere.
  • Experience designing and operating platforms using automation and infrastructure-as-code.
  • CI/CD tooling experience (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Functions, Jenkins, Harness).
  • Source code management experience with Git/GitHub.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and resilience in enterprise environments.
