What you will do

• Run and evolve the Kubernetes platform across multiple environments to ensure reliable application deployment at scale.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote scalable, cloud-native application practices and optimize cloud resource usage.
• Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Embed security controls into platform design and coach internal teams on security best practices.
• Coordinate changes across service components to ensure they meet business needs and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating, troubleshooting, and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Proficiency with networking, storage, RBAC, and workload scheduling.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including log analysis and pattern recognition.
• Experience with continuous integration systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Scripting or programming ability in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with service mesh, GitOps workflows, or platform-as-a-product thinking.
