What you will do

• Implement the full lifecycle of RPA solutions including identification, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reusable automation components.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate automated processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for RPA technologies to streamline manual business operations.
• Create and execute test automation plans based on business requirements.
• Provide demos, presentations, and training to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cary, NC for onsite work.
• Advanced programming and analytical skills for RPA configuration.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently to resolve technical discrepancies and incidents.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and web services.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA and version control systems like GIT.
• Knowledge of XML/XSD and Angular JS.
• Experience in evaluating and selecting new RPA technologies.
