• Drive technical strategy and execution for the CK AI Service, including RAG workflow design.
• Mentor and manage six direct reports, fostering career development and team health.
• Improve delivery velocity and reduce system bottlenecks or single points of failure.
• Establish scalable leadership models and governance for AI patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to influence product roadmaps and feature design.
• Ensure platform sustainability through standardization and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience mentoring and growing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in designing and delivering distributed systems and APIs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with RAG workflows, LLM integration, and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, vector search, and ranking strategies.
• Experience with microservices architecture and system integration.
• Ability to define technical strategies balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
