Salary: $110,600 - $194,400

What you will do

• Design and deploy customized AI bots and machine learning solutions for B2B clients.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception and presales to successful delivery.
• Conduct technical workshops and demonstrations of hirify.global AI products to align with client needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing client systems and processes.
• Optimize deployed AI solutions for performance and provide post-deployment consultation.
• Provide feedback to the product organization regarding API, architecture, and documentation issues.

Requirements

• BS/MS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading software development or professional services projects.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial IVR, Routing, and Advanced Speech Recognition engines.
• 3+ years of experience working with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex, including webhook/fulfillment development.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, handling complex client situations.
• Fluent English (C1) for effective interaction with business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global AI products and the hirify.global Cloud Digital suite.
• Professional certification in AI or related fields.
• Previous experience in technology consulting roles.
