What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and platform demonstrations to align AI strategy with customer objectives.
• Configure and deploy AI visibility and governance capabilities to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Build and deploy AI agents that interact with web applications, APIs, and MCPs through the hirify.global Browser.
• Analyze application behavior (DOM structure, APIs, network calls) to design and optimize automation strategies.
• Provide consultative guidance on AI security and governance best practices to technical and business stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation and deliver enablement sessions to train customers on the AI platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of software development and/or scripting experience.
• 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in technical enterprise environments.
• Experience across the AI lifecycle, from ideation and model development to deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of DOM manipulation, event handling, and asynchronous programming.
• Exposure to AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration tools.
• Must be located in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) for writing and optimizing code.
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Background in web scraping and API integration.
• Experience in agentic AI bot development or LLM integration.
• Familiarity with SAML2 and FIDO2 authentication technologies.
