What you will do

• Lead all marketing, operations, financial, and tenant service activities for one or more commercial property assets or portfolios.
• Serve as the primary owner representative and prepare accurate financial, operational, and performance reports.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, accounts receivable, legal notices, and financial obligations affecting asset performance.
• Direct procurement, vendor contracts, property inspections, maintenance, alterations, and emergency response planning.
• Supervise, recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate property management staff.
• Prepare annual budgets, capital plans, forecasts, variance reports, and financial recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant property management experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without present or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Real estate license required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation or candidacy is preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties, including leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction.
• Advanced financial skills covering budgets, long-term capital planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, with AP and CMMS experience required; Yardi, MRI, and Kardin knowledge preferred.
