Focus on scaling fee-based consulting, increasing attach and pull-through, and managing a distributed organization of 150+ professionals.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Windsor (UK), Schiphol-Rijk (Netherlands), Cork (Ireland), Munich (Germany), or Paris (France)

What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, owning the P&L, including bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory services to shape customer vision and accelerate value realization.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering to build a services pipeline and create repeatable plays.
• Develop and evolve the services portfolio, focusing on offer definition, packaging, and pricing.
• Manage and coach a distributed organization of over 150 professionals and senior leaders.
• Act as a senior executive in key customer and partner engagements, including strategic account planning.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in Professional Services, Consulting, or Managed Services within enterprise technology.
• Proven experience owning and growing a services P&L (bookings, revenue, margin).
• Demonstrated success in scaling fee-based advisory offerings and influencing customers at the executive level.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed organizations within a matrixed global environment.
• Strong operational discipline in forecasting, governance, delivery quality, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
