What you will do

• Lead and scale a globally distributed team of Senior Delivery Engineers across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage the active project portfolio, including onboarding, migrations, and custom development engagements.
• Own the pre-signature Onboarding Checkpoint process to ensure deliverability and scope quality.
• Chair the weekly CS leadership pipeline review to manage capacity and project sequencing.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership on complex onboarding projects (30–40% IC work).
• Drive AI adoption across the team to optimize project tracking, technical execution, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Delivery, Solutions, or Implementation Engineering).
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior IC role managing complex technical implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Swift, React, and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Strong project portfolio management discipline with the ability to navigate ambiguity and push back on Sales.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office for the hybrid requirement.
• AI-native mindset with a proven ability to leverage AI tools to amplify team capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in video streaming, AdTech, broadcast, or media SaaS.
• Familiarity with observability tooling such as Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus.
• Background managing Professional Services engagements with formal scoping and exit criteria.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments where processes were built from scratch.
