What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts, leading ceremonies and reporting.
- Own the delivery plan, including sprint cadence, release schedules, and capacity allocation.
- Manage and coach Scrum Masters to ensure consistent delivery standards and team performance.
- Oversee incident response processes, including triage, communication, and post-incident reviews.
- Manage squad-level P&L, including budget tracking, utilization, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Lead new client onboarding into the Managed Services model to ensure operational alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivery or client-facing PM roles within an agency or consultancy.
- Demonstrable experience managing continuous delivery or retainer-based accounts.
- Proven track record of managing Scrum Masters or other delivery practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and release governance.
- Must be based in or commutable to the Greater London Area and aligned to UK timezone.
- Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder management and business reporting.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Understanding of QA processes and release governance.
- Experience with AI productivity tools.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management qualification.
