What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of Engagement Managers, Data Scientists, and Services Leaders.
• Frame client needs and develop service proposals to support large-scale transformation projects.
• Oversee the delivery of engagements across the Northern Europe portfolio, specifically the UK and Nordics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure high platform adoption and value realization.
• Manage regional utilization, margin metrics, and sales forecasts for services.
• Grow a team of experts and continuously improve professional services standards and processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in London.
• Over 10 years of experience leading external projects and managing teams.
• English: Fluent (C1+) required.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of IT and Data culture.

• Experience in a high-growth software company or data consulting firm.
• Background as a Data Scientist, Developer, or IT architect.
