What you will do

• Analyze assortment performance and derive optimization measures based on buying and procurement KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal balance between demand and stock availability.
• Manage stock replenishment processes and coordinate actions for slow-moving items with suppliers.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on assortment potential, pricing, and promotions to internal teams.
• Improve procurement and assortment management processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Solid MS Excel skills.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
