Location: Must be based in Philadelphia, PA. This position is hybrid, requiring office attendance a minimum of four days per week.

What you will do

• Strategize and sell high-profile tentpole properties including Olympics, sports leagues, and major cultural events.
• Grow core agency business by leveraging multi-platform assets across linear, digital, and social channels.
• Develop customized, client-focused solutions that demonstrate the value of the NBC Philly portfolio.
• Lead conversations regarding the OTT/CTV landscape and sell best-in-class solutions like SpotOn Featuring Peacock.
• Execute and manage multi-platform campaigns while monitoring performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Dedicate at least 40% of time to business development and cultivating new accounts.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong marketing instincts and proven presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work from the Philadelphia office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of developing and selling broadcast and digital solutions.
• Working knowledge of Wide Orbit and Salesforce.
• Understanding of the Hispanic market and experience executing Hispanic marketing campaigns.
