Location: Remote, but must live and work in NYC or on the East Coast of the US
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 base + bonus or commission

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new partners through calls, meetings, networking, and events.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase spend and explore new opportunities.
- Pitch and sell a variety of solutions including digital, video, branded content, OTT/CTV, and sponsorships.
- Utilize Salesforce and Gong to track activity and manage the sales pipeline.
- Represent the brand at industry events to build credibility with brands and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong campaign delivery and integrate client feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital media sales; expertise in video and OTT/CTV is preferred.
- Established professional relationships within outdoor, fitness, or active lifestyle categories.
- Must be based in New York City or the US East Coast.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Genuine interest and passion for outdoor sports, fitness, and the active lifestyle.

- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- Prior experience working with agencies.
