Salary: $77,300 – $110,500

What you will do

• Coach facility management teams on energy efficiency and continuous improvement principles.
• Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits.
• Analyze industrial process performance using statistical methods and monitoring equipment.
• Develop and present site improvement plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create high-quality documentation and visually engaging presentations.

Requirements

• Must live within California, with preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with continuous improvement, change management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data representation.
• Ability to conduct site walk-throughs and write technical reports.
