What you will do

• Monitor key performance metrics including fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze fraudulent trends to provide data-driven insights and create monitoring dashboards.
• Build and maintain fraud features, rules, and models to counter evolving fraud behaviors.
• Execute human-in-the-loop reviews to complement automated systems.
• Review operational processes and build feedback loops to drive system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud investigations, or Trust & Safety.
• Advanced SQL ability and proficiency with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Programming experience in Python (knowledge of ML libraries is a plus).
• Advanced English level.
