What you will do

• Own the product data domain end-to-end, from defining metrics to building production-grade infrastructure.
• Design and maintain scalable dbt models and ELT/ETL pipelines using Airflow.
• Lead experimentation programs, including A/B testing and causal inference at scale.
• Embed AI and LLM-augmented workflows into data processes to drive measurable business impact.
• Influence technical direction and data strategy while raising engineering standards across the team.
• Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, preferably in fintech or high-scale marketplaces.
• Deep expertise with dbt in production environments is a must.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for pipeline development and analysis.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Hands-on experience designing and running experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, the UK, or the EU and fluent in English.
